Fall is rolling around again and it’s time to get cozy and enjoy the beauty of this season! We put together a cute self care bucket list of things to do to bring some joy and excitement into your life as we settle into the cooler weather.

Wellness Retreat – Research some wellness retreats, find one that speaks to you, and attend! This is a perfect opportunity for stillness, rest, and to get in touch with yourself. It’s a great chance to meet and bond with others who are on their soul journey as well.

Sunrise Hike – There is nothing more amazing than the beauty of nature’s colors in the fall. Plan some time to take a hike on a beautiful trail. Start by sunrise to really take in all this experience has to offer.

Try New Fall Recipes – Get into some fall flavors — apple, pumpkin, peach, cinnamon, caramel, pear, sweet potato, marshmallow… Explore recipes and get creative this season — pies, ciders, cobblers, and soups are calling your name!

Decorate Your Space – Getting creative within your space brings a special level of satisfaction and refreshment. Start a mood board, then make your rounds at Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Target, or wherever you like to shop for home decor and bring your vision to life! Pinterest is always a perfect place to find inspiration.

Learn a New Activity – What’s something you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t yet? Let now be the time! Music lessons, learning a new skill, taking a course, learning a language — whatever it is, make this the season that you say yes to yourself and go for it!

Go on a Road Trip – Take a solo trip on the road to a place you’ve always wanted to go. Make yourself an itinerary and hit all the spots on your list. Document your trip using an old school camera like a film camera or a Polaroid and print your pictures for a scrapbook filled with memories!

Attend a Wine Tasting – This is the perfect season to sit out at a winery, enjoy the flavors and take in the scenery. Pick a local winery that offers a vineyard tour and make a day of it.

What’s on your list of experiences this season? Let us know what the vibe is!
